Former PricewaterhouseCoopers senior manager Judith Twentyman has joined grantmaking charity the Impetus Trust as its new finance director.
Chartered accountant Twentyman (pictured) worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for ten years, latterly as senior manager of Business Assurance, where she managed audits of FTSE 100 companies.
Immediately prior to joining Impetus, Twentyman volunteered for Plan UK.
The Impetus venture philanthropy model involves providing charities with a combination of unrestricted strategic funding and expertise, to accelerate their growth and multiply their social impact. Created in 2003, Impetus has fourteen charities in its portfolio, including Camfed International, FRC Group and St Giles Trust.
