A social media campaign urging charities to share stories thanking supporters and showing them the difference they have made has been trending on Twitter this morning.
The campaign was launched last month by NCVO, CharityComms, the Small Charities Coalition, FSI, the Institute of Fundrasing and Acevo. It urges charities to highlight their achievements using the hashtag #YouMadeItHappen throughout today.
There have been thousands of tweets so far. Here are some of the ways charities are sharing their stories.

#HandsOnLondon ran their 8th #WrapUpLondon campaign this month. Over 17,000 coats were donated. The campaign is run by volunteers who collect, sort & distribute coats to vulnerable Londoners through charity partners.
