Solar Aid has teamed up the swing band the Jive Aces on a video for the band’s version of the song that was made famous by Morecambe and Wise, as part of Solar Aid’s Bring Me Sunshine campaign.

Combining scenes of office workers spreading a little sunshine in their offices with footage from communities in Africa that have benefited from solar lights, the three-minute video is enormously uplifting and is sure to raise a smile on even the grimmest February morning.

Solar Aid aims to eliminate the use of kerosene lamps in Africa by 2020 by creating a sustainable market for solar lamps. The campaign is being match-funded by the UK government until the end of February.
