In a move that is sure to make any British TV-viewer nostalgic, WaterAid has released a spoof film reuniting Ground Force's Charlie Dimmock and Tommy Walsh.
The film is a spoof, showing the duo building a well in the English countryside before bulldozing it to be repackaged and sent to Africa. The charity aims to tackle the well-meaning misconceptions of how to address water shortage around the world, highlighting a need to work with local communities to find the right solutions.
Commenting on the issues behind the film, gardener Charlie Dimmock said: "It’s absolutely shocking that 783 million people across the world still don’t have access to safe water. As gardeners it’s something that we take for granted a lot of the time. It was great to work with WaterAid on this film to highlight the way the charity works with local communities to find the best solutions to this huge problem."
