DCMS – VCSE energy efficiency scheme 

Grants available: Cost and delivery of an independent energy assessment.
Deadline to apply: August 2024.
Who is the funding for?
Voluntary, communication and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in England are being invited to apply to this £25.5m scheme. 
It is part of the package of over £100m committed to the charity sector in the spring budget 2023. 
Eligible organisations can apply for the cost and delivery of an independent energy assessment. Organisations with an energy assessment may then be eligible to apply for a capital grant to install the recommended energy efficiency measures.

Shoosmiths Foundation

Grants available: £25,000 - £50,000.
Deadline to apply: 26 February 2024.
Who is the funding for?
The foundation is inviting UK-registered charities to apply for grants that advance social mobility in the legal sector, advance a carbon net zero UK and advance access to justice in the UK. 
With previous funding, the foundation has supported EveryYouth, Street League and JERICHO charities. 
When will you hear back?
Unspecified.

DPO Centre – Data protection fund

Grants available: Up to £50,000. 
Deadline to apply: 31 March 2024.
Who is the funding for?
This fund is allocated to successful organisations that receive expert data protection advice and support from the DPO Centre’s team. 
At least four beneficiaries will be chosen in each of the funding rounds, with previous beneficiaries including Fight for Sight and the Winch. 
When will you hear back?
The end of April 2024.

Impetus – Engage fund

Grants available: £100,000
Deadline to apply: 16 February 2024
Who is the funding for?
In a partnership between Impetus and the Henry Smith Charity, the organisations are offering £100,000 in core, unrestricted funding per year for at least two years. 
It is looking to fund two organisations that support young people who are from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed in school, work and life. 
The fund is particularly interested in receiving applications from charities. 
When will you hear back?
Shortlisted organisations will be notified on 8 March 2024.
