Community Infrastructure Levy Neighbourhood Fund (London only)

Who is the funding for?
Registered charities, community interest companies, charitable companies, exempt charities and voluntary organisations located in the city of London are invited to this grant scheme.

Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards

Grants available: over £10,000
Deadline to apply: 5 August
Who is the funding for? 
The Benefact Group is giving away £1m to charities in its awards. Charities supporting education and skills, rural or community development, heritage, arts or culture, climate or environment and human rights or equality are invited to apply. The funding can be used for a project and core funding costs. 

Mark Hews, group chief executive of Benefact Group, said: “We understand the importance of longer-term funding for charities, especially when trying to bring ambitious new ideas to life and get larger transformative projects off the ground.”

The #iwill fund

Grants available: up to £10,000
Deadline to apply: 5 August
Who is the funding for? 
The funding is designed for projects that focus on youth social action. The Sovereign Youth’s panel, which will be involved in deciding which projects receive grants, is made up of 18-to-25-year-old residents.

The Heritage Innovation Fund

Grants available: up to £25,000
Deadline to apply: 27 September
Who is the funding for? 
The Heritage Innovation Fund is a pilot initiative for experimenters, collaborators and learners from across the heritage sector. Non-profit organisations and charities in the heritage sector with ideas to explore new ways of working are invited to apply. 
When will you hear back?
Interview period will be 16 November – 1 December, with final decisions being announced in December.
