Matthew Sherrington, a new recruit to The Good Agency, has taken over the leadership of the agency amid a wider reshuffle of the management team.

Matthew Sherrington, a new recruit to The Good Agency, has taken over the leadership of the agency amid a wider reshuffle of the management team.

Sherrington, who year following a 20-year career within charities, has been appointed as managing director, taking over from co-founder Iain Campbell who will become chief operating officer.

His promotion comes amid general movement in the senior leadership at The Good Agency, with Rueben Turner taking on the leadership of the creative and digital team and Louisa McGinn appointed to the newly-created client services director role.

Roger Lawson, strategy and planning director, said the restructure and promotion of Sherrington is designed to ensure the agency can respond to changing needs of clients.
