Tania Mason interviewed Irene Sobowale (pictured) and Hilary Sage for her feature on service delivery charities in April's Charity Finance. This is the edited transcript of their comments.

As you’d expect, achieving income growth is challenging because our main funders are local authorities and the NHS. The NHS has been in flux with the changes to clinical commissioning groups over last nine months or so and with the local authority framework for care in people’s homes, there’s definitely financial constraints creeping in. But we’ve been able to sustain growth. We’ve had issues around not being able to get fee rises in the some areas but we have been able to sustain growth and we’re still opening new services and operating a good surplus.
