Cardfactory Foundation – community fund

Grants available: Some 25 unrestricted grants of £10,000.

Who is the funding for: UK charities with annual incomes under £3m and which work with financially disadvantaged families, people facing sudden hardship or crisis, as well as vulnerable children and young people.

Vinehill Trust – summer grant

Grants available: From £10,000 to £100,000.
Deadline to apply: 1 July for the summer round. 
Who is the funding for: Charities in the UK which deliver building conservation work that includes or develops heritage skills. Projects must demonstrate conservation impact and use of traditional skills and methods.

Baring Foundation – migration funds

Grants available: Up to £150,000 over three years, with options for £50,000 over 18 months. The funder expects to make six or seven grants.
Deadline to apply: 7 September. 
Who is the funding for: Voluntary organisations – preferably charities – with a record of using legal tools for social change, an annual income of about £2m and a focus on migrant rights or corporate accountability. 
When will you hear back: Unspecified.

Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust – September grants

Grants available: Funding available through two Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT) programmes: Power and Accountability and Rights and Justice. Full amounts have not been specified yet.
Deadline to apply: For both grants, applicants must submit an expression of interest by 10am on 13 July.
Who is the funding for: Organisations whose work aligns with JRCT’s Power and Accountability or Rights and Justice programme priorities. The charity has strongly encouraged applicants to review programme guidance, eligibility criteria and funding aims before submission.
