Trustees Unlimited has started a partnership with Age UK London, which will see it recruit all trustees for its 30 London Age UK branches.
Ian Joseph, head of charities at Russam GMS, announced the new partnership at the 1st anniversary of Trustees Unlimited, a trustee recruitment service run by Russam GMS, NCVO and Bates Wells and Braithwaite.
Joseph said the scheme had so far placed nine trustees in charities including Christian Aid, the Scouts and the Employee Benevolent Fund and it had 1,000 potential trustees on its books.
It has also struck up strategic partnerships with the National Union of Students and British Telecom, which is communicating information on Trustees Unlimited’s service to all of its staff.
Trustees Unlimited is a joint venture trustee recruitment company from NCVO, Bates Wells & Braithwaite and Russam GMS, set up in November 2009 to help civil society organisations solve the difficult challenge of trustee recruitment and recruit talented and professional trustees more easily.
Each London Age UK is an independent charitable company. Age UK London is the regional office of the national charity Age UK.
