The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is conducting an internal investigation into its London branch after its former London chair Azar Djamali filed a complaint to the Charity Commission.
Djamali resigned as chair of RIBA London this month. She was reported in Building Design Online as having aid she was being “obstructed in her duties by RIBA staff and attacked by fellow members”.
A RIBA spokeswoman said the charity was undertaking an internal investigation into the matter but would make no further comment.
The Charity Commission said it had requested that RIBA share its findings with the Commission.
