Yonni is a partner at Third Sector Property, a leading professional property practice working exclusively for charities. Having worked for a major UK landlord Yonni has become a skilled negotiator of leases gaining an expert understanding of the rental process and requirements of both tenant and landlord.
During his tenure in the industry he has worked on over 4 million sq ft of retail development with a rent roll upwards of £80 million. He has worked and continues to support several charities which give him an intimate understanding of the sector and the commercial aspects of charities.
Previously he worked as retail manager at Modus Properties where he was leader of high street negotiations.
