Tim Golbourn

As director of finance and corporate services for the Royal College of Nursing, Tim Golbourn oversees finance, information systems and estates, health and safety, marketing and events, operational planning, risk and internal audit.
Tim is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and prior to his current position held a number of finance-based jobs. He worked in the NHS for 21 years and held board-level director positions in a number of different organisations. Most recently he held the position for director of finance and information management and technology at Waltham Forest Primary Care Trust.
He has been a trustee of the London-based mental health charity Virtual.
