Stephen Pidgeon

Stephen Pidgeon is chairman and founder of marketing agency Tangible Response, previously Target Direct. In over 25 years of agency life, Pidgeon has worked with nearly 200 national charities in the UK and overseas. He began his career in marketing at Observer Offers and set up the fundraising unit at Brann.

He is a trustee and fellow of the Institute of Fundraising and chairs its standards committee.

In the summer of 2009 Pidgeon set up a new European training consultancy with Professor Adrian Sargeant of Indiana University.  The pair will travel Europe teaching the Institute of Fundraising’s Certificate in Excellence to fundraisers.
