John Carnell

John Carnell is digital development manager at Parentline Plus.  His previous role, of chief executive at Bullying UK, ceased to exist after the charity hit financial difficulties and merged with Parentline Plus in November 2010.

Carnell founded Bullying Online in 1999 following his experiences at school. Bullying Online was rebranded as Bullying UK in 2007. When it merged, the charity supported over 500,000 people a year and was a pioneer in the use of social media to serve beneficiaries.
