Fiona Dawe stepped down as chief executive of online advice charity YouthNet in early 2011.
Prior to joining the charity in 2000 she was director of policy and development at the National Centre for Volunteering and had also held senior roles at Outset, an IT training charity for disabled people. She was awarded an OBE for services to the voluntary sector in 2003.
