Ahead of World Aids Day on Sunday, the charity mothers2mothers launched a short film ‘Sarah’s Story’ to raise awareness of pregnant HIV positive women in Africa.

The film was written by the advertising agency Barle Bogle Hegarty and produced by Danish film director Martin de Thurah. It sees the typical experience of an HIV positive pregnant woman form sub-Saharan Africa and transposes it on a western setting cleverly juxtaposing the availability of support for people in that situation.

Since its launch at the beginning of the week, the film has been viewed almost 15,000 times.
