Raf Bauer is hoping to raise £3,500 for Target Ovarian Cancer and has produced this moving film about his plan to walk the Cape Wrath Trail to raise money for the charity and awareness of the disease.  

He will be walking 350km through the Scottish wilderness in memory of his mother, who died from Ovarian cancer in 2011, and is asking people to post photo messages on his website and sponsor the trek.
