Tracy Griffin

Group director of fundraising

Tracy Griffin joined Shelter in April 2011 as director of fundraising after over 20 years’ experience across a variety of organisations including major UK and development agencies.

She began her career at ActionAid working at grassroots level as a community and corporate fundraiser, before progressing to head up large community, corporate, events and major gift departments at Save the Children and NSPCC.

At the NSPCC Tracy held a dual role of head of community and head of corporate fundraising, focusing on creating and delivering high level strategies for fundraising growth. Key achievements during this time include the creation of both a multi million pound major donor department and community events programme, the formation of a thriving community business board network and the successful merger of the ChildLine operation into NSPCC fundraising.

It is from the NSPCC that Tracy joined Shelter.
