Jenny Ebbage
Ebbage is a former partner with Cleaver Fulton Rankin Solicitors and headed up the Charities Unit. Her work included establishing charitable companies, advising boards of charity trustees on duties and providing advice on funding agreements and on transfers of charitable undertakings, charity mergers and collaboration agreements.
In addition Ebbage focused on a wide range of day-to-day corporate transactions including commercial contracts and corporate financ.
She led Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Charities team which presented evidence to the Committee of the Northern Ireland Assembly scrutinising the Bill which became the Charities Act (N.I) 2008.
