Pancreatic Cancer UK has unveiled new branding, including a logo and website, and a new five-year strategy.
Pancreatic Cancer UK, which has an income of £4.3m, is the largest pancreatic cancer charity.
It says the rebrand and new website will raise awareness of the charity, which expects to see the numbers of sufferers of the disease rise by a third in the next 15 years.
Pancreatic Cancer UK said it has developed “a confident and bold visual identity which better represents the organisation” alongside agency Red & White. The charity has confirmed that the rebrand cost it £75,000.
“The new-look website, online forum and social media platforms launch today,” the charity said in a statement. “Pancreatic Cancer UK’s materials for patients and families, fundraisers, healthcare professionals, researchers, MPs and policy makers will gradually be updated with the new brand identity over the coming year."
The charity set out its five-year strategy called Taking it on Together, on Monday. It commits the charity to investing £10m in pancreatic cancer research over the next five years, as well as investing £5m in its support services for patients and families.
