The NCVO has unveiled a new partnership with UK Mail to offer civil society organisations discounted rates on its print, production and mailing application, imail.
Imail is described as a “desktop to doormat mailing service” for all general office, marketing and fundraising mailings. Users can create an online account and send mailings from their desktop to doormat in two days, with a next-day service available for urgent mailings.
The service allows letters to be printed, sealed in an envelope and posted for prices starting at 30p, and offers personalised print runs from one to more than 100,000. Letters and other mailings are printed at UK Mail’s imail print centre closest to the delivery address, reducing the environmental impact.
NCVO members and other voluntary organisations that access UK Mail through the partnership will get a small discount per item on mailing letters, and are also offered administrative support on tasks such as producing letters and converting files to PDFs.
