The Leadership Trust has created a tailored leadership training course for the Clore Social Leadership Programme’s personalised development programme.
Clore’s fellows will be able to take part in the two-and-a-half day programme at the Trust’s leadership training centre (pictured) in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, in July 2010.
The course will be “experiential in approach” and is designed to build self-knowledge and teamworking skills among the 14 fellows, as well as giving them time for reflection in a supportive environment.
As part of the partnership between the two organisations, the Clore Social fellows will also have the opportunity to attend one of the Leadership Trust’s residential open programmes, the Executive Leadership Programme, during their fellowship.
This programme explores the art of leadership and is open to any experienced senior leader at £3,200 per delegate, with bursaries available for third sector organisations.
The Leadership Trust has again been confirmed as one of the lead sponsors for this year’s Charity Awards.
