Last chance to buy early bird tickets for the Charity Finance Summit

08 Sep 2022 Announcement

Early bird tickets for Civil Society Media’s Charity Finance Summit end tomorrow at midnight, on 9 September.

The event, which is organised by Civil Society Media, is now in its fifteenth year and will be held as an in-person event on 6 October 2022.

It will bring delegates the most up-to-date developments in charity finance, notably in key topic areas including VAT, tax, investment, risk and strategy.

This year’s opening keynote address will be delivered by Ann Pettifor, a political economist and author. She will present her view on the current economic situation and share her knowledge and experience to help finance directors assess what they need to be aware of to prevent them reaching bursting point.

The closing keynote will be given by Sarah Atkinson, chief executive of Social Mobility Foundation, who will talk about the importance of inclusion in charities’ finance teams.

During the day, sessions will be divided across four streams, two on VAT and tax, one on investment and one on risk and strategy. The summit is accredited by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Standards Office and is worth five hours of CPD.

Delegates who book their places by 9 September are eligible for a £50 discount.

More details about the programme and how to book are available on the Charity Finance Summit event page
