Charity Awards wins award for rigour in judging process

The Charity Awards has been recognised for the rigour in its judging process at the Awards Awards, which recognises the UK’s best awards ceremonies.

The Charity Awards won its category in “Best Judging Panel and Process for an Awards” and also won the bronze medal for “Best Longstanding Awards Event”.

Andrew Hind, chair of the Charity Awards judges, said: "The Charity Awards has always prided itself on the quality and the rigour of its processes, as well as the calibre and experience of the judges. 

"We have once again had a fantastic crop of applicants for this year's awards, and look forward to announcing more deserving winners on 8 June."

The Charity Awards, which have been run by Civil Society Media for 17 years, recognise excellence across the charity sector. This year's ceremony will be held at the Tower of London on 8 June.
