Software provider thankQ has given the Charity Employees Benevolent Fund (CEBF) a CRM system for £1.
It is the first time that thankQ has donated a product to a charity like this and managing director John Bird said CEBF was chosen because: “We feel that the CEBF’s role, with the potential to provide benefit to all our customers as individuals, gives us a great opportunity to give something back to the sector.”
CEBF was formed in 2009 to support charity workers in the UK by providing advice and financial assistance and hopes that the new system will increase its efficiency in grantmaking and fundraising.
ThankQ has given the charity a single user system which will assist its CRM, fundraising, mailing and donor management processes, trust application processes and grant administration. CEBF plans to add more functionality as it grows.
