Rosa – Rise Fund

Grants available: Up to £40,000.
Deadline to apply: 23 June.
Who is the funding for? The Rise Fund offers organisational development funding to Black and racially minoritised-led women’s and girls’ organisations across the UK. Organisations with an income of between £30,000 and £300,000 can apply for two-year grants of between £5,000 and £20,000 per year. The funding is for areas related to organisational development, including strategy, governance, leadership, alliances and partnerships, impact and systems and processes. 
When will you hear back? Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by 11 August, while all other applicants will be notified by 14 November.

Big Give – Christmas Challenge

Grants available: Up to £25,000 in match funding.
Deadline to apply: 4 July.
Who is the funding for? Charities with an income of over £25,000 can now apply for the seven-day online match-funding campaign that runs from 2 to 9 December. Charities that apply must secure at least £1,000 in pledges, which make up part of the match funding pot, by 29 August.
When will you hear back? 8 October.

CrossCountry – Customer and Communities Improvement Fund 

Grants available: £100,000 in total.
Deadline to apply: 6 June.
Who is the funding for? Charities and community projects across the UK that deliver tangible social and environmental benefits are invited to apply. The fund seeks to support projects that reduce pollution, protect the environment, support sustainable community growth and create a positive impact.
When will you hear back? Final approval can take up to three calendar months.

Pilgrim Trust – Young Women in Mind

Grants available: Between £60,000 and £100,000.
Deadline to apply: 7 July for stage one and 22 August for stage two.
Who is the funding for? Organisations that increase young women’s access to high-quality, age and gender specific mental health services can apply for £60,000 to £100,000 spread across three years. Only charities that have an income of between £100,000 and £1m and work in north east England or Yorkshire and the Humber can apply.
When will you hear back? By the end of November.
