We are delighted to announce the return of our Charity Technology Breakfast Briefings for 2019, a series of morning events which tackle the key issues facing charity IT leaders. The first of these events will focus on digital transformation and will take place on 14 February at the CIWEM Building, London
The programme is currently in development but we will be looking to explore the following topics:
- Resolving cultural tensions - when digital ambitions conflict with traditional objectives
- Workforce planning - re-skilling and filling skills gaps
- The need for strategic clarity across the entire organisation
- Company-wide support to deal with the pressure of keeping up with the pace change
