Simon Mackintosh

Simon Mackintosh is a partner at Turcan Connell and head of its charity unit. He specialises in tax and estate planning for private clients and in charity law. His expertise covers capital taxation, succession, trust law and asset protection with both UK and international dimensions.

He joined Turcan Connell having started with W&J Burness, and speaks regularly at conferences both in the UK and abroad. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, and of the Charity Law Association.
