Cathy Ferrier is fundraising and supporter marketing director at Oxfam. In March 2012 she will become chief executive of Prince Harry's charity Sentebale.
Her last role was commercial director for Borders where she led the buying and marketing teams, winning the ‘Bestseller Chain Retailer of the Year’ and ‘Bookselling Company of the Year’.
Ferrier has spent 24 years in buying and marketing roles for leading retailers, including Borders, WHSmith, the Walt Disney Company and the Burton Group.

Prince Harry’s charity Sentebale has announced that Oxfam's fundraising chief Cathy Ferrier will take over from Kedge Martin as chief executive in the spring.
PayPal’s plan to supplement donations to Oxfam to ensure that 100 per cent of donors’ money goes to core activity and not overhead costs could fortify, not break down, donor hesitations, says Celina Ribeiro.
Oxfam will have a month's running costs paid for by PayPal in an effort to alleviate donor qualms about how much of their donations go to overhead costs.
