RNID has changed its organisational structure into three directorates – corporate resources, external engagement and service provision.
Paul Breckell, currently executive director of finance and corporate resources for RNID will become managing director of corporate resources, taking responsibility for human resources and IT, as well as finance.
Service provision will be managed by Mike Adamson, who is currently RNID’s director of individual services, while the role of managing director of external engagement, covering fundraising, communication, campaigning and policy, is still vacant.
RNID’s current executive director of fundraising, John Trampleasure will leave RNID in December to take up the role of international director of fundraising, marketing and communications at the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA).
Jackie Ballard (pictured), chief executive of RNID said: “Our new structure will help us to achieve our aspirations. We will be able to clearly integrate our engagement with our message and extend the reach of our services and products. We hope to have our changes in place by April next year and we look forward to celebrating our centenary with everyone in 2011!”
