Medecins Sans Frontieres has shared this heartwarming video of an Ebola patient who has defied the odds and has also entertained fellow patients with his dancing.

Mamadee was diagnosed two weeks ago, and unlike other patients who are too sick for energetic activity, continued dancing throughout his stay at the MSF treatment centre. He has now been discharged. Two thirds of patients do not survive the virus, including Mamadee’s sister who was admitted at the same time as him.

The charity is calling for urgent international action to tackle the issue
