Scope is calling on people to volunteer at its charity shops and has produced a short video explaining what is involved.

The disability charity has more than 240 shops and each year more than 4,000 volunteers help to run them. Scope came eighth in civilsociety.co.uk's annual Charity Shops Survey in last year. This year’s survey will be published in October.
