To kick off 2013 Marie Curie Cancer Care is asking people to sign up as collectors for its Great Daffodil Appeal in March, and has produced a film featuring highlights from last year as encouragement. 

The charity is asking people to donate an hour of their time and has also enlisted the support of Stephen Mangan and Keira Knightly to record radio appeals. Footage from Stephen Fry's appeal recording last year has been used in this year's appeal video.
