A group of Oxford students have produced a music video of their cover of a Shakira single for hospice charity Helen & Douglas House.

The video by all-male choir Out of the Blue performing Hips Don’t Lie has had over 2.6m views and has even been tweeted by Shakira herself.

The a capella group consists of 15 students from both the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University.

Their video is filmed in the historic grounds of the University of Oxford, the group are all wearing suits and dancing to the song. All proceeds for sales of the single will go to the charity. It is available through the site bandcamp.com that allows users to decide how much they will pay.

Oxford based Helen & Douglas House opened in 1982 as the world’s first children’s hospice. It provides palliative care, support and friendship to people aged under 35, who are living with life-limiting and life shortening conditions.
