Business in the Community has launched a film which mimics online ads, to demonstrate how quickly ex-offenders are dismissed.
As part of the charity's Ban the Box campaign, which appeals to UK businesses to remove the criminal record tick-box on application forms, advertising agency, Leo Burnett has produced an interactive film that mimics the ‘skip ad’ box on online videos.
The aim of the film is to demonstrate how quickly people with unspent criminal convictions are dismissed and the impact this has on their confidence.
