Vicki Prout
Vicki Prout is starting as senior press officer at Citizens Advice in February 2014.
She was previously media relations manager at New Philanthropy Capital.
Vicki has worked for a range of charities including Shelter and The Art Fund and she moved to NPC from the mental health charity Mind.
