Thomas Coles
Thomas co-founded MSM in 1998 nine months after graduating and has grown the organisation from two to 43 full time equivalent staff in that time.
MSM is focused on the charity and insurance sectors, and works with nine of the top 100 charities.
Thomas has three children with his wife Caroline and lives in Exeter and Islington.
