Stephanie Biden
Stephanie Biden is partner and joint head of faith-based organisations at Bates Wells Baithwaite.
Stephanie works with new and established charities, social enterprises and cultural organisations, who she advises on registrations, mergers and reorganisations, governance, charity regulation, grant-making, trading, fundraising, intellectual property and equality law.
She has a particular interest in advising international NGOs and faith-based organisations (and is a trustee of several such charities). Stephanie often delivers training events and has spoken at the Said Business School at Oxford University, School for Social Entrepreneurs, as well as numerous charity law conferences in the UK and overseas.
