Rick Payne
Rick Payne runs ICAEW’s finance and management faculty thought leadership programme. He is an experienced divisional CFO (chief financial officer) with a background in financial services.
In his current role he works with leading finance professionals and academics to address the on-going challenges confronting CFOs and their management teams. A recurring theme in this work is the need for finance professionals to understand the drivers of organisational performance.
He also has experience as a coach, trainer and facilitator which combined with his MSc in organisational behaviour give him a broad perspective on organisations and management.
