Richard Wild

Richard is a Director providing VAT advisory services in a wide variety of business sectors for clients of all sizes, with a particular focus on the not-for-profit sector.

After an initial specialism in Corporate Tax, Richard has focused on VAT for the past 14 years, including roles as an Anti Avoidance Adviser with HMRC, and in a big four Indirect Tax Litigation Team. His wide range of experience enables him to provide clear, practical advice, user-friendly solutions and opportunities for his clients.

Richard currently advises a significant number of charities, helping them maximise VAT reliefs on property and other expenditure, increasing the amount of VAT they can reclaim, advising on the correct VAT treatment of income streams, and assisting with ad-hoc issues as they arise.

Richard has also recently been named among the top 40 tax practitioners under the age of 40 by the Tax Journal.
