Richard Collier-Wright
Dispute resolution solicitor Richard Collier-Wright read law at Christ Church, Oxford and trained with a City firm, qualifying in 1974. He was the litigation partner in Ellis Wood from 1985 to 2003, joining Cumberland Ellis as an associate when Ellis Wood merged with the firm in that year.
Richard has extensive experience of litigation and dispute resolution, acting both for private clients and for charities, dealing in particular with trusts, estates and property matters.
A member of Conical Ltd's charity law team, Richard has also acted for charities in a considerable number of historic abuse claims in recent years, including a leading case on limitation.
