Paul McDowell
Paul became chief executive of crime reduction charity Nacro in November 2009 after spending three years as the governor of HMP Brixton. He left in 2013 to become chief inspector of HMI Probation.
With twenty years experience in the prison service Paul is also an advisory panel member of Make Justice Work, which aims to inform the public of the costliness of incarcerating low level offenders. Additionally, he is a special advisor to the Prison Radio Association.
