Chief executive, Connect Assist

During his 35-year career in the not-for-profit sector, Patrick Nash has established and led 14 charities and social enterprises. As the chief executive of Connect Assist, he works in partnership with charities and public sector organisations to deliver innovative contact centre and digital solutions that help them transform people’s lives for the better.

Nash is a well-respected speaker and lecturer in the areas of digital transformation, organisational strategy, effective service delivery and social enterprise. He lectures on social enterprise for Cardiff Metropolitan University and School for Social Entrepreneurs.

As well as running Connect Assist, Nash is a consultant to the charities with a strong background in executive coaching and coaching supervision, strategy and planning facilitation, service delivery and technology solutions. Recent consulting engagements include Royal London Society for Blind People, The Brooke, Action Aid UK, St. Giles Trust and Racing Welfare.
