Nick Ivey
Nick leads the specialist BWB property team representing Charities and Social Enterprises. His recent work has involved working on development projects for schools, health care providers, theatres and arts organisations; moving charities to new HQ’s; dealing with charity mergers and incorporations, as well as the usual range of landlord and tenant related matters.
He has many years experience of working in the commercial property market, originally in a large city firm specialising in estate portfolio management, but since 1997, at BWB. He was part of the team which won a charity exemption to the Community Infrastructure Levy, and recently made submissions to Lord Hodgson’s review of the Charities Act.
