Lorraine advises clients in the commercial and charity sectors including many independent schools.  Lorraine has over 25 years experience in tax compliance and benefit planning having spent 15 years in the corporate tax team of a major international bank, one year at a major international telecommunications company followed by 5 years as a house tax accountant for a large UK charity gaining extensive experience of all areas of charity taxation and management. 

Lorraine was on the management committee of the Charity Tax Group whilst working in the third sector, now participating on the observer member panel and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Lorraine writes regularly for many publications - Pay & Benefits Magazine, Funding for Independent Schools, ISBA and The People Bulletin.
