Kate Higgins has been policy manager at For Scotland's Disabled Children since February 2009.

She was previously manager for Scotland and Ireland at the Fundraising Standards Board. She joined the FRSB in August 2006 to develop the scheme in those regions. Previously she was head of campaigns and communications at Capability Scotland where she helped develop its public affairs activity.
