Kai Adams
Kai Adams is a director at Green Park Interim and Executive Search, where he leads the rapidly growing Charities & Social Enterprise team. Since joining in 2011 and founding the practice, he has trebled it in size each year based on 70% repeat business. His client list includes organisations large and small, regional, national and international.
Kai began his career in education before moving into executive recruitment eleven years ago. During this time he has had roles in research, project management and consulting. He holds an MSc in occupational psychology, the final thesis of which was on trustee motivation.
