Ellen Main-Jeffrey
Ellen began her career in VAT over 30 years ago with HM Customs & Excise. After 10 years she left to join the Big 4 and over the next 20 years she advised all shapes and sizes of business along with a number of well known charities, including a number of educational institutions and not for profit organisations.
An area of particular interest has been helping charities and those businesses supplying charities to mitigate VAT burden, for example on the supply of staff and in the health and welfare sectors. Ellen joined Buzzacott LLP in April 2012 to lead the VAT Consultancy team which specialises in providing advice to the third sector.
