Colin Nee

Chief executive, British Geriatrics Society

Colin Nee is the chief executive of the British Geriatrics Society.

Colin has been chief executive of the Consortium of Street Children and interim executive director of Marr-Munning Trust, an independent grant-making trust.

He has also been chief executive of two award-winning national charities (NAM Publications 1996-2001, Charities Evaluation Services 2001-2009). The latter won the award for effectiveness at the 2008 Charity Awards for its achievement in increasing the impact of the charity sector.

He has also been interim chief executive of a number of national and international charities, including human rights agency Reprieve, and the Marr-Munning Trust, and independent grant-making trust.

He is a trustee of the New Economics Foundation (nef) and The Karen Woo Foundation.
